Post Adoption Link is powered by Capital Adoptive Families Alliance (CAFA) adoptive parents in the Sacramento area to help assist other adoptive families through the challenges of childrearing. It is funded through Community Championship Network -- a project of Jockey International's Jockey Being Family Initiative and the North American Council on Adoptable Children. This site is supported through a public-private collaboration between Sacramento County, nonprofit agencies, and adoptive parents.
