USAGE:

import com.greensock.plugins.RemoveTintPlugin;
TweenPlugin.activate([RemoveTintPlugin]); //activation is permanent in the SWF, so this line only needs to be run once.

TweenLite.to(mc, 1, {removeTint:true});
